The program can convert files to MP4 - iPod, MP4 - Sony PSP, MPEG2 - SVCD, MPG - VCD, 3GP(mobile phones), AVI - XVID, SWF (Flash), MOV, and MP4 - Zune Video. Due to its nicely designed interface, the program is easy-to-use. You paste the URL of the video you want to download or encode and you click 'Get video'. Then you can enter a name for the file and choose your output format. During this step, you also have access to the advanced options for each output format, such as the quality, codec, resolution, etc. Next, you add your file to the queue and then hit 'Start' to begin the process.
